Grown Up Children And Housing Benefit

hi..i have 2 adult children 1 working.....1 on jobseekers.....am claiming housing benefit........the one working is on a 12 hr/wk contract...but hours are often more....minimum wage......council want...

Fraud?

My ex partner is using my address to obtain loans...then defaulting...is this fraud?could bailiffs call over his debts ..despite him moving out 18 months ago?loans taken out about 5 months ago
