Is Mark Mendoza the bassist with 80's glam metal band Twisted Sister, the same Marco Mendoza who has played bass in Thin Lizzy and Whitesnake ?

Does anyone know the title of a song (maybe by the kinks?) that features a name 'Louis Louis' ? it might not be spelt like that though.
