Have downloaded couple childrens ipad apps but despite my sound on ipad being on, and sound option on app being on, there is no sound. I hav tried deleting and reinstaling, but no joy. Am i missing...

since updating to latest ios when i try to install free apps the phone is always asking for my bank details does anyone know if this is normal, this never happened with previous ios. Tia
