Outlook Emails

My Mum uses "Outlook" for her emails and when she wants to print them, they are in a type of blue edging and she cannot print the whole page. Any advice? She doesn't want to copy and paste etc...

Can anyone explain to me please why my land-line ordinary (not special) phone starts to 'fade away' very soon after connection until I cannot hear the caller?. They can apparently hear me perfectly....
