car starts when it wants..

my car starts when it wants to and not when i want it to,.when it runs,its perfect..even after a long trip.but once i turn the engine off,it wont restart.a m8 said it was the fuel pump relay,so i got...

daewoo nexia fuel problem?

i've recently aquired a nexia gsxi,when it runs its fine,but once i turn the engine off and try to restart it..it turns over but wont start.any ideas anyone..please?
