Intermittent Connection

I have periods of intermittent connection when using the internet. The connection will generally come on for 4 - 5 minutes, stall for around 15 - 30 seconds and then come back on for another 4 - 5...

What can be done with FIFA?

Given FIFAs stand, or lack of it , on diving & the award to Zidane of the Golden Ball. Something has to be changed at FIFA.Any ideas?
