nextdoors husky has killed my chickens

today i saw my nextdoors dog killing the last of my 11 chickens it jumped my 6 foot fence with the last 1 the owner admits her dog came home with the chicken but insists i would not killed them even...

can a council ignore an act of parliament

my local council say they can make rules that over rule the allotment act of 1950 i thought only a new act of parliament could over rule it
