DVD player says "invalid disc"

All of a sudden my portable DVD player fails to recognise any discs. Why? I've checked the region code and it is multi region. Discs that used to play are now "invalid" ?

I know how to download movies from the torrent sites ( although I would never do it as it is illegal. ) But does anyone know where to download the interactive DVD games such as Millionare or weakest...

Does anyone know who does the voiceover on the eon ad and is it the same person who says " todays weather , sponsored by EON" just after the weather forecast on TV ?
