Really need advice re: Licit Legal Ltd? Please help!

Hi, I'm very worried at the moment as i am claiming back my bank charges with Licit Legal. Since December licit legal have had my statment and still to this date i have'nt recived my back charges...

i am owed probly thousands in charges going bac last six or so years.decided to contact licit legal a claim firm who take 25 percent paid my tenner this was in feb didnt hear any update or anything...
