Anyone know when the draw for the 4th Round of the F.A. Cup will be made and on what channel it will be shown?

..does anyone know why E4 are incapable of showing Friends sequentually - starting at series 1 and continuing straight through to series 10. I regularly watch the 5-6pm slot and am going mad watching...
