Are there certain "rules" when sending emails? When we were at school we were taught how to address a letter poperly etc. Are children sown how to write an email? Someone told me that it's rude to use...

i've got two containers of flour, one of which should be plain. Is there anyway of knowing which is which? What would happen if I made a bechamel sauce with self raising flour?!
