Phone Code Map

I'm searching for a map of the boundaries of all the phone codes (01225, 01442 etc), but cannot find them anywhere. Any suggestions? BT have been less than helpful by the way.

Sim card number swap/dual migration

Anybody know if its possible to swap numbers using O2 sim cards i.e. the number on the sim swaps places with the other but they are both O2? Hope this makes sense! Thanks in advance
