Dried flowers

I planted some everlasting flowers this year and I have lost the packet that the seeds were in. I cannot remember the name. Please help, when should I harvest them and how do I dry them.

Does anyone have directions for making a Christmas tree decoration from teasels?

Years ago someone had given a friend a christmas tree decoration made from teasels. We have alot of these bushes with teasels on them on our property and thought it would be fun to make use of them.
