getting a mortgage on property in hungary

I am a UK citizen and own a property in Hungary. Are there any lenders who would give a mortgage to buy a property in the UK based on my asset of a house in Hungary?

inheritance tax avoidance or transfer of deeds

Are your parents allowed to hand over their house to you in a way so that you do not pay the inheritance tax ? ( Ie put it in a trust so that when they die the property becomes yours but you avoide...
