why does my windows media player only show the still image?

why does my windows media player only show the still image at the start of an mpeg but continue with the audio? - just the sound advances not image!! i have latest version and have tried...

whats the classic music set as the theme in the latest mastercard advert?

i cant remember the name to the piece of musics that features in the latest mastercard advert - anyone any ideas? cheers!
