Toshiba technical difficulites

I am unable to play any games on my laptop, it is a satellite and i am not sure of the model number. It seems to install the software ok but when i attempt to play it tells me that access is invalid....

Viva Hotels

Does anyone know the name of the song played at the Viva Hotel, which has a very distinct bird noise in it. I remember it begins with a 'B'?? Thanks
