What is an IPP?

Does attempted robbery fall under the criteria of an ipp when being sentenced, I believed it did if it was armed robbery if so is there a link of where it tells me? Thanx

Can contact someone who has bail conditions not to contact me?

I was assaulted by a now ex. He is under bail conditions not to contact me for 4 weeks. I want to contact him, a one off. I want him to know how I feel. Am I allowed?
