I run windows XP. avg virus software, Windows defender indicates i have win32/vundo.jc.dll, avg shows nothing May not be related but i cannot do a system restore, any help appreciated thankyou

Ipod shuffle

Was working until today. Was in Itunes devices as (my name) ipod shuffle. Now listed as Ipod, will not synch with i tunws no music on it , unable to add any Help please.

I am trying to add music to WMC, got the remote control, when i click on add music it says it is adding music but just sits there, ran all night with no result. Can someone walk me through the idiots...
