How to get my windows password back?

I am locked out from my laptop 'cause my son changed the password but couldnot remember now. How can I get in? Is there a simple way since I am not an expert in this field. Please help!

Now that I have windows 7 installed, I have to keep putting my password in when I log on or have not been on the comp for an hour or so. I don't need the security as I live alone. How can I get rid of...
