Whining after spaying?

My daughter had her 11 month old puppy spayed 2 days ago...... a miniature dachshund. She recovered well from the operation but since yesterday she is whining such a lot. She doesn't appear to be in...

google problem

Can anyone tell me why when I go on to google search "forbidden" appears at top of screen . I click on links but cannot get anywhere. I've never had this problem before and I'm always searching!

Hen Weekends
