what flower am i growing?

I have a giant (6 feet) plant in my garden and am unable to identify it. Its stem looks like large celery,leaves looks like hollyhock but the flowers appear to be achillea (yellow) Can anyone advise?

no heating but water is hot

My radiators are not heating up although the hot water is fine. I do not have a condenser boiler just an old fashioned one. The boiler fires up for water but not for the heating. It always did before....
