I have loaded fifa 07 to my laptop but the game play is very very fast its not the game settings as ive turned them to slow is there anything i need to do to pc to slow the game down any help most...

i've had a few problems with my pc so i took the option on reloading the setup discs which came with it but if anything it seems to be running slower is there anything i can do or any programs i can...
