most beautiful and cheap places to live and work in the world ?

i have just been watching the tv about the jungle and i was wondering what are the most tropical, and cheapest in the world to live ? with lots of forrest and golden sands ?

Can i enter the Usa with a fireworks conviction ?

About 4 years ago someone told the police i had a firework and in the end i got an £80 fine but nothing more i was wondering if i wanted to travel or live in the USA would i have to tell them...
