Splinter Cell double agent- iceland

Hey i'm stuck on the first level, iceland. Iv'e placed 3/4 charges but can't find the fourth. I can't find any walkthroughs for the xbox version of the game on the net.

bypassing a server

i would like to learn how to bypass a server because my school server doesn't allow me to go to certain sites. try ebay!! It also doesn't allow me to play games online like battlefield 2. please help
