Where can we buy ULTIMATE make up

Hi- My wife is having trouble finding a highlighter called Ultimate collection. Thats what it says on the front. On the back it has 'just for giving'. Any ideas please - Shes driving me insane!!!!!!!

no water

Turned off and drained down the water system yesterday to change a couple of taps. Amazingly for me managed the taps but, now the water is back on, there is no hot water coming through. Any ideas ??...
