How Do I Zoom In/out On Microsoft Edge ????

I can zoom in and out, in increments of 25% ... but I need the screen to be 95% to fit everything in ..... I had it before, but can't remember how I did it. Ctrl and + or - doesn't help .......

Error Whilst Trying To Edit And Save A Picture.
