Friendly folk in Westminster

Worked in W2 today and was surprised at how many strangers said 'Hello' in the street. It was like being in a small village. Normally when I'm within the M25 I expect front and ignorance.

kcals to calories??????

please can anyone help............. ive just bought and set up a pedometer for steps,miles and what i thought to be calories burnt. sadly it shows kcals and ive no idea how to convert them to calories...

I am allergic to fake tan even the ones like dove or Johnsons moisturisers with a hint of tanner. Can anyone rcommend a hypoallergenic brand that wo't bring me out in a rash?
