I have an Ipod Touch Elis. Everything works except the sound has gone when i want to play music. It actually plays but there is no sound. Any ideas!

HP PSC 1610

I have the above printer and it has a scanner on it. How can I scan multiple documents on it? It allows only flatbed. Have windows 7.
