Anyone know the best way to clean Amtico flooring?

We've just moved into a house which has a beautiful Amtico floor in the open plan kitchen/lounge and i want to make sure i don't damage it by using the wrong products!

Japanese Knotweed - Help!?

Does anyone know of a product that I could use on Japanese Knotweed without having to pay to get the experts in?
