seeking Isuitable glue for task

I have a steel cocktail shaker with an internal rubber pad which has become detached. is there a glue which sticks rubber to metal and won't poison the drink?

Fan heater tripping out

I have a small electric fan heater for 3 yrs but now in the cold months it has started to trip out and then restart a few minutes later- now i know they trip out when room gets hot- but it barely...
