need help my tomtom saying no maps had maps on the other day tham 1 off my kids got old of it and yes it say no maps now i have done a reset on it and update it on tomtom home still no look

exercises for bad back

I have 2 slipped discs in my back and a podgy stomach, due to 2 kids! :) Any advice on the best back strenghthening exercises? I find it near on impossible to do many sit ups but I still want to try...

gardening - moss killer

Can anyone recommend a treatment to kill moss which is appearing in my borders i.e. on soil. I don't want anything of the "feed & weed" solutions. Just a plain Moss killer only
