Green screen on i-tunes.

Why, when I try to preview a video or watch a purchased video on i-tunes, just I just get a Green screen? Perfect sound but no pic. Any ideas anyone???

Why, when I upload cd's onto my itunes library, does it come up with (5.2x)? What does it mean and why did it used to be (17.9x)? What has slowed it down?

When loading a cd onto my itunes library, what does the (6.5x) mean? Why is it so low when it used to get up to (18.5x)? Help???
