Converting MP3 for normal hifi

I've downloaded some songs as MP3's.  How do i convert them so i can listen to them on my usual hifi system which is quite old and doesnt read MP3s.

Frisky bitch!

I have a 8 year old terrier cross bitch. She seems to be humping anything she can find at the moment. Only when we're not here. I think she might have injured herself down under from all the friction....

Does anybody know how much salt is in Pedigree pouches, tins and Cesar dog food. My dog is drinking a lot more than normal and the vet said maybe it was the change in her food? any ideas
