Added to my previous question (below). I have just found a letter (bill) for ?918.21 that the Council are trying to charge me for a year that I wasnt actually living at my old address. ...

No proof of Council Tax payment!

My sister and I got a loan in Dec 2002 to pay off outstanding debts that we had incurred.  One of which was a Council Tax Bill which I paid ?800. The problem is is that they are now asking...
