VERTICAL RADIATORS

COULD ANYBODY TELL ME WHETHER THERE IS AN ISOLATOR VALVE ON A VERTICAL RADIATOR. THERE ARE TWO PIPES COMING OUT FROM THE WALL WHICH FIT TO THE BOTTOM OF THE RADIATOR BUT I CAN'T SEE AN ISOLATOR VALVE

Dilemma Warming Up Bedroom!

No water coming out of the hot tap in my kitchen

Does anybody know why I wouldn't get any water (hot or cold) coming out of my hot kitchen tap. The hot water is coming out of my bathroom sink, bath and shower ok and I only have one hot water tank....

I have been doing 5 or 6 km 2 or 3 times weekly to keep in shape, but have to stop becuase of knee injury . What is the best substitute for running that will keep me fit but not result in knee...
