Starware on my computer!!!!!!

How do I remove this uninvited and very unwanted pest on my computer? I've tried various downloads, but I can't seem to stop the persistent b*****d!! please help.

Has any one tried Nutrafem. It's a natural form of Hormone Replacement Therapy. The info on it loks good, and am wondering whether to try it or not.
