renault megane 1.6 auto. w reg.

Just been on a 50 mile journey, car was perfect until 2 mile from home. I was in top gear on flat road when I felt a bump and the revs soared to 5k, Drove home very carefully, stopped engine....

memory stick

As a novice I do not know how to transfer my photoes from computer to memory stick for safety. Can anyone help please. Running Windows P. THANKS
