Windows 7 transfer

I would like to upgrade my laptop hard drive, but I don't have an install disc for Win 7, is there a way for me to transfer the operating system from my existing Hd to the new one? All advice...

visual notification of new email in outlook

i know how to use sound notification, is there a way of using a visual notification for the hard of hearing?
