My caravan has a stainless steel light fitting with 3 adjustable spotlights.The markings on the bulbs are 50watt GU10.my question is are they Incandescent,halogen or LED bulbs....They do get very hot...

since moving over to AOL for both our phone and BB the home phone is really crackly (both ways) and the internet keeps dropping out. I've changed cabling up to the phone socket but think the problem...
