Driving Lessons - What order do i do things in?

Hey everyone. I am going to start driving soon and i was wondering what order to do things in e.g. Sending application for a licence , choosing the driving school, buying a car, buying insurance etc....

Portable DVD player - WHY WON'T IT WORK?

Can you help? I have an in car portable DVD player. Everytime I plug it in to the cigar lighter the fuse blows. The fuse fitted is 20A. Can anybody solve this problem?
