stirring!

my ford escort van pulls to the left when foot down only.stirring feels unsafe.tracking and balancing have been done but still the same.my gearbox engine mount is on way out ,could this be problem...

does anybody know the best way to bring matt alloy wheels up to showroom standard, l know about `elbow grease` but is here any other ways or top tips
