Could anyone recommend a flash gun for a Canon Digital SLR 550d

My grandson, who is 5, developed over the weekend raised single spots........

all over his head and one on his forehead. They started as raised spots and are now itching him and some appear to have a little pin prick yellow in the middle. We think that is due to him scratching...

I am watching the CNN memorial and a fireman was interviewed saying they have been un-invited to the ground zero memorial. I don't understand why that would be. They were a huge part of this tragedy....
