Watching live tv on pc

I seem to have gremlins in m y pc - first I lost a tool bar, now I cant play any ITV programme live. I can do the catch-up with ITVplayer but not watch anything live. Any ideas?

Lounge Terminal 4 Heathrow

Has anyone used the Lounge at Terminal 4 Heathrow - is it worth it? For snacks it says just biscuits and crisps when other lounges we've used have had sandwiches, fruit etc.
