Land Rover Freelander 1.8GS ABS

I have a Freelander, & when I start the engine it does all its normal checks, but the ABS light on the dashboard stays on until I go over approx 5MPH. According to the Land Rover book it is a fault...

Ford Transit

Hi.......I`ve just bought a 2.5 diesel Transit and am having probs engaging gears......clutch not disengaging properly. Is it easy to adjust?
