Auto Air Vents for hot water system

can anyone tell me what type of auto air vent is needed for my hot water system i have been told by a system engineer that i need an auto air vent as now i have to keep bleeding the valve to get hot...

Can anyone tell me why my Ford focus 2.0Ltr TDCI 2007 smokes and runs on 3 cylinders on start up? As it works perfectly fine after 2 or 3 miles.
