Prickly spots on 2 yo

My granddaughter is a bit quiet today, of her food and her arms are covered on small spots - I can feel them. Rest of body OK. Any clues?

Eating ready made food every day

i live alone and really enjoy all M & S prepared food. Its so easy to fix and often contains vegetables, as well as meat/pasta/potato etc. Can I do myself harm?
