RECORDS TO CDs.

I've installed a cd writer and would like to copy my LPs and 45s onto CD is this easy to do as I'm only a novice to computers what is the proceedure please the easy way thanks.

Has The Zodiac, by Cosmic Sounds, issued on the Elektra label in 1967, been released on CD? if so where can I get a copy? Thanks.
