can anyone help,i have lost the arrow on my toolbar which enabled me to go back a page when viewing,i now have to go to view then go then back,is there a solution.thanks

can anyone help me? my task bar at the bottom of my desktop has suddenly gone to an inch in depth,i have tried click and drag to reduce but nothing happens

i try to access a website from my desk top icon,but alas a pop up blocker prevents from doing so, any idea to cure this problem, would be great.ps i think mozilla firefox has instigated this fault but...
