dash lights only on high

i own an 84 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme and when i turn the park lights on the dash lights go on as bright as they can as i try to adjust them to be less bright it does nothing, and i have tried...

colors burningn onto an lcd tv

Philips SPD2413P operates very slow

i have just bought the Philips SPD2413P dvd burner and it is taking forever to burn a dvd.. it will take about 1 and a half hours to burn where as my old one took 15 min.. it also seems to pulsate...
