Reformatting drive

Monitor shutdown

My monitor just shuts down while I'm using it and the screen goes blank.. The little green light at the front stays on. I unplug it, put it aside for a few days and it works again, for about another...

Full back up of C drive??

I have a 20Gb drive that is divided into "C" 5Gb, 'D' 7Gb and 'E' 8Gb. What I wish to do after re-installing windows and all the program files is to be able to make a complete copy of this 'C' drive....
